These transporters start off life as a basic panel van, A1 then completely transform these vans into a surfers/day van, the opportunities are endless, from an extra row of seats to a full camper van conversion, you choose what you want we will build to the highest standard.

The Process

  1. We start with a basic short wheel base panel van.
  2. Colour code bumpers.
  3. Colour code mirrors and door handles, or fit chrome look to mirrors and door handles.
  4. Colour code and fit rear roof spoiler and front bumper splitter.
  5. Fit upper and lower chrome grilles.
  6. Remove standard springs and replace with lowered 30mm eibach springs.
  7. Fit chrome side protection bars.
  8. Fit stainless kick plates on all door openings.
  9. Cut out side panels ready for side windows.
  10. Completely remove all side panels in rear ready for insulation and wall covering.
  11. Insulate walls and replace paneling.
  12. Fit windows with special bonding compound (leave for 24 hours)
  13. Completely cover all walls and doors (in rear) with specialised material.
  14. Fit and bond heavy duty vinyl flooring.
  15. Now it's time to fit brand new 20 inch wheels and tyres.
